Ownership Rules

One Current Face per letter at any moment. Every payment of at least the platform minimum creates exactly one ownership position on that letter, held by one owner identity. You own the platform position - not the letter itself and no intellectual property in it.

Positions rank by amount paid; ties rank by earlier payment first. The highest paid position holds the Current Face. A payment strictly greater than the current highest takes the crown; any amount from the minimum up to the current highest takes a ranked position on the letter's Ownership Index.

Taking the crown freezes the previous crown chapter permanently and moves the Current Ownership Price to the amount you paid. The crown changes hands only when someone pays more than the current highest paid position.

Each letter has one standing Current Ownership Price: the highest paid position on that letter. It is visible before anyone pays, and every checkout states the honest outcome - crown or ladder position - before payment.

Purchases are final except where law requires otherwise. There are no credits and no difference pricing: a dethroned owner retakes the crown by paying the full current highest amount, and their earlier position stays on the ladder as permanent history.

Every ownership period becomes a permanent chapter. Chapters are never rewritten or deleted. Presentation may be moderated; financial facts are immutable.

Profiles must be truthful and must not impersonate any person, company, or brand. The platform may hide or correct public presentation that violates the rules. Reports go through Contact.

Ownership purchases are final except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law. Acceptance is recorded before every charge. 18+ only.
