Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ownership purchases are final except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law. Acceptance of the ownership rules is recorded before every charge.

The outcome of every payment is computed once at settlement from the amount alone. If another participant completes a higher payment for the same letter while yours is being confirmed, your payment still settles honestly: it takes the Current Face if it leads, or it takes a ranked ladder position at the amount you paid. Only a locked letter refuses a payment, and a refused payment is refunded.

If a payment fails or is cancelled before completion, no purchase exists and nothing is charged beyond what your payment processor may report as pending.

Where the law grants you a remedy that this policy does not, we honor it. Reach us through Contact with your payment reference and we will respond within two business days.

Positions are permanent platform records. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and are not transferable. A dethroned owner retakes the crown by paying the full current highest amount; their earlier position stays on the ladder as history.
