Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit with a purchase: your name or company name, your optional email for receipts and link recovery, your optional profile fields, and the payment confirmation reference from our payment processor. We do not create customer accounts and we do not collect passwords from customers.

Your owner profile appears publicly exactly as you submitted it: name, title, industries, About, website, and social profiles. Public contact fields such as email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and address are displayed only when you explicitly consent to each one at submission. Phone and address are never required.

Payments are processed by our payment processor. Full payment details never reach our servers and are never displayed publicly. We retain only the processor reference needed for receipts and processor-required remedies.

After a purchase you receive a secure manage link that controls your profile, receipts, alerts, and retaking the crown. Anyone with the link can manage your ownership, so keep it private. We never expose manage links in referrer headers or public pages.

We measure aggregate traffic on public pages: which pages are viewed, how often, and how often outbound links are used. These counts are stored as totals - we do not store your IP address with them and we do not build advertising profiles. Because the letters are a public ledger, the aggregate figures themselves are public: view counts, click counts, and visitor totals are displayed on the site and in public statistics. They describe traffic, never individuals.

We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage needed for the platform to function. We do not run advertising trackers. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Ownership chapters are permanent by design: their dates, amounts, and stories remain online at permanent addresses. Presentation-level profile information can be corrected or hidden on request where the law requires. Financial records are retained as immutable history.
